Just like any other goal, you have to see yourself already in possession of perfect health. You can’t sit around wishing for good health to fall in your lap. You have to take action, today!! Watch the video below and start practicing the affirmations each day, two times per day. Pick a time, usually as soon as you get up in the morning is the best and right before bed. Go somewhere quiet and watch this video or write out the affirmations and say them to yourself. See yourself as already achieving perfect health. Feel yourself with perfect health. Think about what you would be wearing, how you would be acting, would your mood be different, would you have more energy? These are all things you need to be visualizing as you state the health affirmations. Once you get the hang of it you will be guided to take little action steps that will eventually lead into perfect health. Try it out now!
